Global digital signage company is looking for a Project Services Coordinator for an immediate hire. This is a 100% remote perm position.
The Project/Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all client service activities as well as supporting the Project Management team. This position serves as a key liaison between various departments within the organization, customers, and suppliers.
As a first responder of the Service Department, your primary objective is to take ownership, manage each request correctly, dispatch efficiently via our service partners and communicate to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
● Schedule service and maintenance dispatches via multiple service partners and store staff
● Organize and maintain supporting documentation for accurate activity tracking and billing
● Organize supporting equipment preparation and shipments with various vendors
● Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns

● Work as an effective and proactive team member; understands the importance of supporting our customers and project managers

Qualified Background:
● Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required
● 1-2 years experience in Service, project coordination, or in a related field
● Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Digital Signage/ AV experience a plus
● Experience with Wrike or similar project collaboration tools
● QuickBooks experience preferred
