We are seeking a Network Tech and Admin Support Specialist to provide both administrative and technical support for telecom-related tasks and change requests. This position will be fully remote, offering an opportunity to support key network operations from anywhere. The role will involve a combination of technical execution and administrative responsibilities related to network maintenance and change management.

What to do:

  • Provide administrative support for telecom-related change requests, including creating and managing tickets within the ServiceNow system.
  • Coordinate and execute routine tasks such as switch interface commissioning and decommissioning.
  • Execute pre-generated network configuration scripts, validate the results, and ensure that changes are correctly implemented.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to coordinate physical network patching.
  • Ensure all network changes are properly documented for auditing and review purposes.
  • Assist in managing the change management process by following up on approvals and ensuring that tasks proceed according to schedule.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for telecom change requests.
  • Ensure successful execution of network tasks such as switch commissioning and script execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network changes and processes.
  • Support routine network operations and change management to ensure smooth telecom operations.


You have:

  • General understanding of IT technologies and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience or ability to support the administrative aspects of the change management process.
  • Ability to execute routine technical tasks based on clear instructions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP stack, routing, and switching technologies.
  • Familiarity with Cisco or other network technologies.
  • Basic user-level experience with Linux/Unix systems.
