The Role
KPMG in Malta is currently seeking to recruit an IT Advisor to join the Advisory Digital Solutions team.

Duties
- Be a technology thought-leader, both for our customers and towards your colleagues;
- Define technology roadmaps, for and with our customers;
- Be process-oriented and provide innovate new technology solutions that create a competitive advantage for our customers;
- Perform process & technology assessments, as well as technical due-diligence;
- Contribute to our technology advisory offerings;
- You will work alongside experienced team members in delivering engagements relating to IT strategy, technology sourcing, and implementation (ERP, CRM, RPA, AI, DLT), process optimisation, project management, & service management;
- Seamlessly work with varying multi-national team members stakeholders and customers, both from technical and business domains, both virtually, and in-person.
Requirements
- Passionate about technology, eager to constantly learn, challenge the norm and be ready to offer support during projects;
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or a related field of study;
- Possess good organisational skills and can respond to changing priorities quickly and with good time management skills;
- Possess a ‘can-do' attitude with excellent attention to detail;
- Goal-driven, comfortable in working independently with an entrepreneurial approach;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience working in an IT-related role.
