· Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, code reviews, and adhere to project timelines.
· Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues, propose innovative solutions.
· Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for software delivery.
· Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, code reviews.
· Continuous Learning: Stay updated with latest .NET technologies and trends.
Desired Skills:
· .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework proficiency.
· Strong C# programming skills, familiarity with front-end technologies.
