Salesforce Analyst/Developer


The Salesforce Support Analyst is part of the Sales & Marketing team that supports and develops applications for internal customers. The analyst will troubleshoot and work with end-users to ensure that Salesforce meets their needs. This position is responsible for managing, supporting, and administrating the Salesforce environment (Sales, Marketing and Experience clouds) to implement new business requirements while also assisting with new projects and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

- Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement changes including configuration, customization, problem investigation, data fixing, and testing.

- Work on prioritizing the backlog of user requests.

- Follow Change Management guidelines, Enterprise Architecture mandates, and Security policies.

- Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Make recommendations to Management and Business Advisors regarding the best option to be implemented as appropriate.

- Support Salesforce Projects and New Initiatives.

- Follow and understand Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum,…).

- Continuous improvement keeping the knowledge and training up-to-date.


Primary Skills Required:


  • Minimum 5 - 10 + years of Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to produce good design documents to deliver sound solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn both technical and functional processes.
  • Good decision-making and business judgment with customer focus.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration.
  • Object and Fields.
  • Security & Sharing (Profiles & Permission sets, Sharing rule, etc.).
  • Automation tools (workflows, approval processes, process builder, flows, etc.).
  • Experience in Salesforce development.
  • Experience in API, and Azure is a plus.
  • Apex, Trigger, Flow, LWC, VisualForce Pages, etc.
  • Familiar with software development life cycle
  • Familiar with at least one of Salesforce Release Management tools (ant, change sets, Salesforce DX, Flosum).
  • Experience in following clouds is a plus.
  • Experience Cloud.
  • B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Loyalty Cloud.
  • Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork competencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving/analysis skills.
  • Fluency in English.


  • Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand
  • Language Requirement: English

Additional Information:


Candidates from outside Thailand are welcome to apply. However, please make sure you are willing to move and have a suitable budget for your stay in Bangkok. The project typically lasts for 3-5 years or more. The ideal start date is 30 days from the offer, and the contract will initially run for 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
