Key Responsibilities
Support Technician:
Delivering technical support via phone, email, and end-users, distributors, and internal teams.
Assisting with pre-sale product selection and specifications.
Handling post-sale inquiries, including installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
Collaborating with suppliers and QA teams to address technical equipment challenges.
Providing technical guidance to the Marketing department for content creation.

Previous experience in a technical support role is advantageous.
