What We're Looking For
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing campaigns that engage and retain our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and a passion for optimizing campaigns to drive results.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows
Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create targeted email lists and segments for personalized messaging
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to write compelling email copy and design visually appealing templates
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to optimize future campaigns
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to identify the most effective strategies
Compliance: Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices according to locations and industries
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Active Campaign)
Strong analytical and reporting skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
Ability to strategize campaigns from scratch for different audiences and various accounts simultaneously
