What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You will be a senior and experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with demonstrable experience of working with teams within a contact centre / call centre environment, ideally within the banking industry.
• Technical Expertise: You will have strong analytic and leadership skills and ideally have experience of Agile / Scrum. Jira and Confluence skills are also desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Data Science, or related field (master’s preferred).
