Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quant Developer with strong proficiency in C++ and Python to join our team in either Singapore or Hong Kong. In this role, you will work closely with our quantitative analysts and traders to develop and maintain cutting-edge trading and risk management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading and risk management systems using C++ and Python
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient code
- Optimize existing code to improve system performance and stability
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the systems when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quant Developer, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python, with experience in multi-threading and high-performance computing
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and SQL databases
- Familiarity with financial instruments and trading strategies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
