We are seeking a talented Business Analyst who is willing to relocate to Utrecht, the Netherlands.


Mission:

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to ensure that user stories are meticulously crafted to deliver technically and functionally robust solutions that delight users and empower our customers to lead in the digital age. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the growth of your team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stakeholder inputs to identify risks and develop solutions.
  • Examine business processes to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and foster innovation.
  • Develop detailed user stories and lead refinement sessions to guarantee clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Leverage prototypes and feedback loops to ensure optimal outcomes for customers.
  • Facilitate user adoption through training, coaching, or documentation to maximize the impact of delivered software.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A good understanding of IT landscapes and how systems interconnect.
  • Familiarity with prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW or ICE (Impact, Confidence, and Ease).
  • Experience using data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with scrum methodologies.
  • Fluency in English (and Dutch is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate broad concepts into precise, actionable requirements.
