Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead our technical team in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, particularly in Python, and the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting best practices and efficient workflows.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong background in Python.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical management role, overseeing development teams.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
