Remote 11 months ago

At Carthalis, we are revolutionizing the healthcare, AI, and blockchain sectors. Our platform, Carthalis, aims to provide cutting-edge AI tools that empower individuals to take control of their health, while maintaining full ownership and control over their personal data. We're building on the Cosmos blockchain, leveraging its scalability, interoperability, and security to create a decentralized ecosystem that ensures trust, transparency, and privacy.

We are on a mission to solve one of the biggest pain points in the healthcare industry: Clinical Trial Recruitment. Clinical trials are often delayed due to inefficient recruitment processes, costing pharmaceutical companies millions of dollars and delaying life-saving treatments. Carthalis is addressing this challenge by utilizing AI and blockchain to create a more efficient, transparent, and accessible clinical trial recruitment system, which benefits patients, researchers, and healthcare providers alike.

We are looking for a talented Cosmos Chain Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. If you are passionate about blockchain technology and want to play a key role in building decentralized applications that will reshape the healthcare industry, we would love to meet you!

You will collaborate closely with the CTO and CEO to tackle challenges and develop innovative solutions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our technology and operations.

  • Contribute to open-source projects within the Cosmos ecosystem and engage with the community for feedback and improvements.
  • Write technical documentation, guides, and best practices to ensure future scalability and adaptability of the blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with the Cosmos SDK and building applications on the Cosmos network.
  • Strong knowledge of the Tendermint consensus protocol, Cosmos Hub, and IBC.
  • Proficiency in Golang or Rust (experience with Golang preferred) for developing blockchain modules and custom solutions.
  • Experience with smart contract development on platforms such as CosmWasm or other WASM-compatible environments.
  • Knowledge of blockchain architecture, decentralized consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
  • Familiarity with blockchain interoperability concepts and cross-chain communication.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare, fintech, or AI industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with decentralized governance models and tokenomics.
  • Experience with open-source development and contributions to blockchain communities.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS for blockchain deployment and scaling.
  • Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana) is advantageous.
