About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensure its security, and drive automation initiatives. This role requires a professional with strong technical knowledge in cloud systems, programming, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain, configure, and manage internal systems, servers, and networks, including Google Workspace or Active Directory.
- Manage cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Oversee assets management, ensuring all hardware and software are tracked, updated, and compliant.
Security Management:
- Implement and maintain security protocols across all systems, including spam protection, impersonation prevention, and vulnerability management.
- Monitor, detect, and respond to potential threats, ensuring data protection and compliance.
- Manage website administration and security, including regular vulnerability assessments, firewall management, and SSL certificate renewals.
Automation and Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve system efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across various systems and applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practices for ease of support and system management.
Zoho Administration:
- Administer and manage Zoho applications, ensuring smooth integration with other systems, proper configuration, and user support.
- Customize Zoho modules and features to align with organizational needs and security requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT System Administration or similar roles.
- Sentinel One experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace or Active Directory.
- Programming experience in any relevant language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Cloud experience with either Azure or AWS (preferred).
- Proficient in asset management, including hardware, software, and inventory systems.
- Experience managing and configuring Zoho applications.
- Solid understanding of security practices for cloud, network, and endpoint protection, including spam handling and impersonation attacks.
- Website administration experience, including security measures and performance monitoring.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications in cloud systems (Azure/AWS), security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP), or systems administration (e.g., MCSA, GCP).
- Experience in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
