(Senior) Information Security Officer (m/f/d) in GERMANY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive company information security and IT risk management program, based on the Oetker Group-wide security directive
• Manage and assist in the development in implementation of the information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Provide guidance and counsel to the C-Level, the senior management team, and staff about information security and its alignment with business objectives and risk management
• Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the company on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk
• Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary
• Manage the daily operation and execution for information security, disaster recovery, and IT risk management
• Stay up to date on new technologies, security trends and threats in order to adapt security strategies accordingly

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Fluent in English and German (mandatory for this role)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong detail orientation
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of effectively articulating complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services
• Knowledgeable with various information security frameworks and compliance practices specific to the food and beverage industry
• Experience with Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) security
• Professional certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are welcome
