The Role
Due to internal progression across our team, we have multiple vacancies available to join us a As a Senior Recruitment Officer in our Recruitment Unit. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment of clinical and non-clinical health professionals. Your work will be meaningful, directly impacting our community by ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver quality healthcare. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment officers, ensuring compliance with legislation and local health district policies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing a small team of Recruitment Officers
- Own a portfolio of your own work
- Acting as the central point of contact for HNELHD hiring managers.
- Training and mentoring recruitment staff.
- Delivering effective end-to-end recruitment processes.

- This position is offered on a full-time basis; however, part-time arrangements will also be considered, with a minimum requirement of four days per week.
