College/University degree
Upper-intermediate level English knowledge
Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
Hungarian language is an advantage
5+ years of relevant work experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Great problem-solving, risk and escalation management skills
Experience in balancing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
Advanced MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and reporting skills
Willing to come to our office in Budapest twice a week

Providing operational support and leadership for a team of 20-25 professionals
Supporting my team with complex escalation management, liaising with stakeholders on outstanding issues and taking ownership to close issues
Monitoring the quality and productivity of the team's processes
Setting individual targets to team members, measure and monitor their work, recognizing great performance and encouraging a focus on development and career aspirations
