Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and support
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through research and outreach
Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and terms of service to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients
Document all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback within the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and streamline processes
Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance your skills
Requirements
Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships
Aptitude for problem-solving and negotiating, with a proactive approach to challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous
