Technical Program Manager in SPAIN

About the Role:

TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to map out and align a delivery roadmap with the business unit, ensuring transparency about the engineering team’s needs and risk areas. Your expertise in Cloud Migrations and Cloud Transformations will help bridge the gap between business and engineering teams, maintaining comprehensive roadmap reporting that aligns with various stakeholders. The primary goal of this project is to migrate from on-premises to AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop a delivery roadmap.
• Align the delivery roadmap with business unit objectives.
• Provide transparency regarding the engineering team’s needs and potential risk areas.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience in managing Cloud Migrations/Cloud Transformations to facilitate communication between business and engineering teams.
• Maintain comprehensive roadmap reporting that aligns with different stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, focusing on technical products.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Cloud transformation projects (ideally with AWS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
