THE ROLE:

As the Java Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and managing a team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and direction to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Offering guidance and support in various aspects of construction financing projects.
• Overseeing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they align with the team's objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency.
• Developing and nurturing talent within the team, helping team members grow in their roles.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities and qualifications:

• Ambitious, with a strong desire to excel in people management.
• Leadership experience or relevant training in leadership, or a university project that demonstrates your leadership potential.
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher)
• Technical skills in Java 8 and Spring are a must, though you won't be responsible for technical leadership.
• Multiple years of professional experience is acceptable, especially if you have leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge with any of the following :
• Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, databases, architecture, web development as well as build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Gradle or Git)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
