Synpulse is seeking a senior full stack development engineer to build and deliver innovative solutions for our fast-growing partner, a new insurance company based in UK. The successful candidate will have experience across all stages of the software development lifecycle and a solid experience in cross-platform software engineering. We require excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful project delivery, as this role will play a key part in the evolution of our industry-standard project delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the team on their ambitious projects - such as building a platform capability that can quickly acquire, transform, and make available data that is vital to insurance and soon-to-be reinsurance workflows
• Work with agile development teams, business analysts and product managers to ideate software solutions for seamless application
• Embracing your FE+BE development skills in an agile environment to fulfill the ultimate project goal, which is to reduce the time it takes underwriters to make key decisions.
• Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
• Troubleshoot, debug, review code and upgrade software as per project requirements.
• Assist with the project transition to BAU and help setting up a process for this.
Support projects with development activities on both the front-end and the back-end of the software framework, focusing on small changes and issue resolution.
• Become a valuable member of the small change and BAU team within client company.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5+ years of full-time as a Full-Stack Developer
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Excellent Agile experience working in small teams
• Strong communication skills, comfortable communicating across all levels within the business
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and know when to seek guidance
• High attention to detail alongside great time management
• Ability to interpret both technical and non-technical requirements
Extensive experience of:
o FrontEnd tech: TypeScript + React (or similar OO language)
o Database: SQL
o Web API models experience and architectural styles
Desirable experience of:
o BackEnd tech: NodeJS
o Cloud-based technologies (AWS Serverless)
o Terraform, Nest and Github Action
o Software methodologies (e.g., waterfall, scrum).

Salary range offered is from 2700€, may vary based on your seniority level, skills and experience.
