YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering/ Information technology/ Computer science, or similar program
- Total experience of 6+ years, with 5+ years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tools
- Strong knowledge in ALM Tools - DevSecOps & Software Development Tools (GitHub), Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Strong knowledge on tool support is preferred.
- Skilled in effective stakeholder management
- Skilled in Resource Management – People and Infrastructure. Must manage people aspects such as goal setting, appraisal, periodic engagement meetings with team, trainings as per Honeywell practices.
- Experience in leading projects with Agile practices and tool support knowledge
- Must drive Innovation, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement culture within the team.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), must be able to communicate seamlessly with all stake holders
- Should be able to handle multiple projects with effective planning and tracking.
- Create collaborative work culture across the locations with One Honeywell mindset.

We currently have an opportunity for a
Data Privacy – Senior Analyst in Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) Cyber Security Organization in Krakow. This position will drive Data Privacy excellence across Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) Product Portfolio and drive / support the implementation of Data Privacy Program initiatives across all strategic business groups (SBG’s).

ISA Secure, NIST, OWASP, Penetration Testing, Data privacy, BSIMM, Threat Modeling are not just buzz words. Rather they are integral to our Cyber Security and Data Privacy Framework and our approach to product development.
As the Data Privacy - Senior Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Security Architects, Offering Management, and Data Privacy Office to identify product data privacy risk and to support completing Privacy Impact Assessments. Ensuring the use of privacy-by-design principles from product design to product launch.
- Driving standardization, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement thru AI, other technologies, and the utilization of influencing skills.
- Training, mentoring, and coaching Product Engineers, Security Architects, Advocates, & Product Owners on Data Privacy Engineering and Privacy by Design.
- Supporting the development and implementation of Data Privacy Strategies and life cycle management for products.
- Remaining up to date with Data Privacy trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies, assist and contribute to the creation, delivery, and on-going maintenance of training documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, information technology, cybersecurity, law or privacy and relevant Data Privacy experience in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Privacy certification or willingness to obtain relevant certification soon after starting: Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), or Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE).
- Excellent written and verbal communication with multi-functional communication from technical to business audiences. Ability to communicate complex Data Privacy Regulations into concise and relatable terminology.
- Proven Project Management & Program Management skill.
- Self-starter. Global mindset. Results oriented. Ability to individually contribute and lead thru influence.
