Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding across countries such as Bangladesh, the USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
- Global Recruitment Leadership: Spearheaded global recruitment efforts and strategies, specifically targeting top talent for various positions, including technical roles.
- Deadline-Driven Performance: Thrive under tight deadlines and manage quick turnarounds while ensuring the highest quality of recruitment practices.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws across all regions of operation.
- Positive Work Environment: Cultivate a positive and productive atmosphere for our remote team, promoting collaboration and engagement.
- Employee Relations Oversight: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and lead performance management reviews to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and HR metrics to inform recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and continuously improve processes. Quick and accurate data analysis is essential.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and human resources management is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of successful recruitment across various roles and levels.
- Remote Work Adaptability: Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and be available during a semi-night shift schedule from Saturday to Thursday, specifically from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM GMT+6. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools is a plus.
- Local & International Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing effective international recruitment strategies is required. Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in countries such as Bangladesh, the USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands is a must.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively are essential for managing employee relations and maintaining a positive work environment. Experience in mediating disputes and facilitating discussions is highly valued.
- Remote Employee Management: Experience in overseeing employee relations and performance management in a remote setting is crucial. Candidates should be adept at fostering engagement and addressing challenges that arise in a virtual work environment, ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
- Fluency in English: Candidates must be fluent in English, possessing exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interaction across diverse teams and cultures. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities are essential, with the capacity to quickly interpret data and make informed decisions. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills that contribute to improving recruitment processes and overall HR practices.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment platforms to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience. Experience with data analysis tools is beneficial.
- Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of cultural differences and practices across various regions, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary for this position, with a range of 20,000 BDT to 80,000 BDT per month. The exact salary will be determined based on your level of experience, skills, and qualifications.
Working Hours:
Enjoy a structured work schedule from Saturday to Thursday, 5 PM to 2 AM (GMT+6), with Friday as your weekend. You'll have a dedicated dinner break from 10 PM to 11 PM, providing you the chance to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Probation Period:
At Ray Advertising, we implement a probationary period for all new employees joining our team. This one-month period allows us to assess the individual's performance and overall fit within the company to determine if we can continue a long-term working relationship. During this time, the employee will receive a paid salary, with compensation set at 50% of the agreed salary.
