Provide technical support and robotic programming for specialty machines, and equipment upgrades
Complete offline simulations, utilize simulations data to establish cell cycle-times and optimize applications
Support team members during startup, debug and runoff in-house; followed by the relocation, setup, and runoff at customer facility
Train and mentor entry level programmers
Successful candidates will have:
Experience with starting up a new robot, full robot I/O configuration, simulation software, loading programs, diagnosing errors/faults, as well as path programming
3+ years of field experience in robotics
Robot programming of: Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, and/or Epson or willingness to learn
Experience programming robots for MIG welding, resistance (spot) welding, and material handling
Knowledge of PLC programming and machine controls systems is preferred
Must have the ability to travel for installations
