Relationship building is key! This isnât all on you but you play a big role in making sure clients renew their subscriptions every month â
- Research & Writing: We have a research process that ensures you can generate new ideas daily. Your job will be to take these ideas and turn them into something magical âšÂ We want to be blown away by the angles you take on concepts in the clientâs niche.
- Exceptional Copywriting: Create clear, specific, and valuable content that reflects your clientsâ expertise, ensuring it feels authentic and is targeted at their ICP. Each clientâs niche differs, so you need to be someone that is willing to go the extra mile to become an expert in your clientâs subject matter. Listen to podcasts, read books, speak to friends - whatever you need to do to learn about your clientâs niche FAST âĄïž
- Proactive Planning: Youâll be reporting to a creative director and a content strategist. However, we arenât interested in micromanaging you. We are looking for driven individuals who can manage their own time and tasks, meeting all their deadlines on time đȘ
- Content Analysis: Every two weeks, weâd like you to review the performance of your content. Identify what worked, what didnât, and continually refine your approach. Continual self-improvement is the mark of a great copywriter âïž
- Client Collaboration: Build strong client relationships by communicating with them regularly about content strategy and performance. You need to be able to talk to the client via Slack and may even be asked to join a few calls. We expect you to respond to messages from the client within 2 - 4 hours â°
- Daily Engagement: Youâre not only posting on the clientâs behalf, you're engaging with their audience and managing their community as well. Youâll need to feel confident to comment as them (which means you need to know them well!) đŹ
