Job Title: AI SaaS Engineer (Project-based)

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven AI SaaS Engineer with 1 years of hands-on experience in AI and SaaS product development. This role involves building cutting-edge AI agents, optimizing end-to-end solutions, and collaborating with international clients (primarily US-based). You will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient AI SaaS products from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
• Develop frontends using Next.js and backends using FastAPI.
• Create, deploy, and fine-tune AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG systems, optimizing them for production.
• Work with vector databases and handle AI model fine-tuning and deployment (AWS, GCP, HuggingFace).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and updates.
• Collaborate with international clients to deliver high-quality AI SaaS products that meet their needs.
• Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Provide support for maintaining and enhancing existing AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in AI/SaaS development.
• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML concepts, and frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Hugging Face, and deploying models at scale.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with both frontend development (Next.js) and backend frameworks (FastAPI).
• Solid understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Ability to design and build AI products from concept to production-ready solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fully remote environment with international clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of NLP, machine learning pipelines, and advanced AI technologies is a plus.
