C/C++ Developer (m/f) in SPAIN

Akens \ Nordburg is looking for a C/C++ Developer (m/f) for a German IT-solutions company to enlarge the Spanish based team. Our client is a well-known company in the German market with more than 50 years within the IT-industry.

Location: 100% remote from Spain

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development, testing, implementation and maintenance of special insurance software with professional use of modern technologies and processes with agile working methodologies.
• Own responsibility analysis and implementation of functional requirements and technical procedures.
• Support for the automation and extension of development tools and procedures for creation, deployment and testing.
• Regular review and optimization of work processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree.
• 5 years of practical programming experience with C/C++.
• Knowledge of Java
• Experience with Git and Cloud environments, e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL language.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset
• Ability to analyse complex issues quickly and formulate them accurately, combined with a strong
• strong solution orientation.
• High degree of independence, ability to work as part of a team, personal accountability and
• client orientation.
• Flexibility, commitment and interest in becoming familiar with the technical background.
• Good level of English
• Very good level of written and spoken German (C1)
