About The Role

As our Lead Marketing Artist, you will guide the marketing art team, ensure top-notch visual communication and design quality. You should have a keen eye for clean and playful design, possess superior visual communication skills, be highly adaptable, and have the ability to translate high-level requirements into refined final assets across various formats.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic marketing art team to create diverse and high-quality marketing assets.
• Collaborate closely with user acquisition, publishing, and project teams to deliver impactful marketing materials.
• Drive the creation and iteration of game logos, app icons, and other key marketing assets, ensuring top-tier quality.
• Source and adapt game content, maintaining brand consistency across multiple projects while working with external partners and contractors.
• Oversee outsourced artwork, build a network of specialist contractors, and manage asset versioning and localization to meet global standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, with strong digital illustration skills.
• Deep understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, spacing, typography, and color theory.
• Proven leadership in planning, prioritization, and time management, with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital marketing assets across diverse art styles, with high attention to detail and visual communication.
