Job Objective:

The Business Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's strategy through in-depth data analysis and the improvement of key processes. This position focuses on managing strategic projects that optimize operational efficiency by proposing solutions based on detailed business information analysis. The role also includes process automation and optimization using advanced tools such as Excel.


Key Responsibilities:


Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Manage strategic projects that align the business objectives with the available resources.

Develop and propose data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure that projects are aligned with organizational goals.

Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to generate reports, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Automate and optimize processes using advanced Excel tools (macros, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.).

Monitor and measure the impact of strategic initiatives and report results to senior management.

Develop and implement improvements in key business processes, ensuring efficiency and minimizing operational risks.

Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new initiatives or operational changes in the business.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles involving strategic analysis, project management, or process improvement.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, data analysis).

Ability to analyze large volumes of information and present findings clearly and concisely.

Experience in project management and continuous process improvement.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
