Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor antivirus and malware protection logs
Review and respond to security alerts and incidents
Monitor and maintain Microsoft Secure Score
Review and implement privacy and compliance recommendations
Track and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies
Monitor guest accounts and external sharing activities
Regularly audit user permissions and access controls
Monitor activity logs for unusual or suspicious behavior
Ensure encryption policies are enforced for data protection
Review and act on Microsoft 365 service health alerts and reports
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Experience:
4-5 years of IT management experience, including overseeing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), system security, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware/software.
MS365 Tenant Maintenance Experience
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage IT teams, delegate tasks, and lead projects.
Project Management:
Experience in managing IT projects, budgeting, and ensuring timely completion.
Security & Compliance:
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
