We are seeking a Product Owner who will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes across departments. In this role, you will document, map, and automate processes to drive efficiency and innovation. You will build strong cross-functional relationships with teams in Operations, Research, Commercial, Finance, and Tech, bridging the gap between processes and technology. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from conception to completion, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
Accountabilities:
Build relationships across departments to understand and improve process automation needs
Create detailed process documentation and visual maps to streamline operations
Lead process automation projects, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization
Develop and maintain a roadmap for automation initiatives, prioritizing tasks and setting milestones
Collaborate with the tech team to deliver projects on time and according to objectives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, staying informed of industry trends to inspire innovation
Requirements
Proven experience in project management and product ownership, particularly in process automation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
In-depth understanding of operational processes across sales, purchasing, finance, and tech
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software (e.g., Jira, ClickUp)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, automation technologies, and eCommerce platforms is a plus
