Senior Game Developer in FINLAND

We are looking for a Senior HTML Game Developer to join our rapidly growing team. At Seepia, Game Developers design and build new systems from scratch and optimize features to be both performant and moddable. You will work on short projects in a small team with art, design, QA and management experts to make our playable ads come to life.

What you’ll do:

• Develop well performing ads and games using HTML5 / Typescript
• Support the team with your technical knowledge from initial designs to final delivery
• Create your own schedules and manage your tasks
• Identify, communicate and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Mentor junior members of our team

Who we think will do great in this role has:

• 5+ years of game programming experience
• Strong working knowledge of modern Javascript and HTML5
• Experience building the front-end of applications with appealing visual design
• Knowledge and practical experience of game production
• Is a self-motivated team player with and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate both in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a proactive and flexible environment

We’d love if you have some of these:

• Experience in game industry and with mobile games
• Experience with Unity, high-level scripting languages, version-control, CMS systems, client/server networking
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, other graphic design and layout tools
• Passion to work in all parts of software development life cycle
• Genuine interest in interactive advertising and games
