About the Role:
Activate Talent is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our active pooling initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining functional and aesthetically pleasing websites and applications. You will collaborate with designers and other developers to implement innovative solutions and enhance user experience across our web platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain websites and web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Work closely with front-end and back-end teams to integrate and optimize APIs and server-side functionalities
Conduct code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues to maintain seamless user experiences
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement new features and enhance existing solutions
Collaborate on project planning, executions, and iterative improvements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with server-side languages such as PHP, Node.js, or Python
Strong understanding of responsive design and experience with frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Materialize)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills
