We are representing a leading technology company based in Munich, Germany, known for its innovative solutions and global presence. The company is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment, with full relocation support for candidates across the EU.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and system improvements.
  • Implement security best practices across AWS environments, including managing access controls, encryption, and auditing.
  • Optimize cloud resources and infrastructure costs by monitoring usage and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Stay updated on AWS services, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the infrastructure.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on AWS cloud services.
  • Expertise in designing and managing AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging services (e.g., ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
