We're on the lookout for a creative genius with a strong background in visual and web design, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and growth marketing. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and growth teams to create high-performing landing pages and email campaigns. Plus, you’ll flex your CRO skills to keep those numbers climbing! 📊

The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce theme development, video editing, and a killer portfolio that includes Framer, marketing, and design assets. 💻

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design Master: Create visually stunning, high-converting marketing materials—think banners, email layouts, landing pages, and more! ✨
• Framer Proficiency: Use Figma and Framer to design seamless landing pages and web assets that deliver a cohesive user experience. 🌐
• Performance Tracking: Measure the success of your designs and campaigns with data and metrics, tweaking them based on performance insights. 📈
• CRO & A/B Testing: Implement and analyze conversion rate optimization strategies using tools like Mida, VWO, Optimizely, and Customer.io. Share insights and results with the team. 🔍
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in growth marketing and social media, and apply them to your work. 📲

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing design with focus on CRO and landing page design (must-have) 💼
• Expertise in Figma and Framer, creating jaw-dropping landing pages and advertisements (must-have) 🎨
• A stellar portfolio of landing pages, web design, email layouts, and other brand assets showing off your exceptional visual design skills (must-have) 💫
• Proven ability to run campaigns using tools like Mida, VWO, and Optimizely 🎯
• Proficiency in social media video editing (CapCut, Klap.app) with a portfolio that showcases content for YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. 🎥
• eCommerce Expertise: Bonus points for knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript! 🖥️
• Fluent English with the ability to explain design decisions and present results like a pro 🎤
