Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Local SEO Specialist to manage and enhance the local SEO efforts for 40 restaurant locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the online presence of each restaurant, focusing on Google Business Profiles, local keyword strategies, Google reviews, and ensuring strong local search rankings. If you have experience managing SEO for multi-location businesses and a passion for driving local visibility, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Google Business Profile Management: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all 40 locations, ensuring that key information (hours, menus, contact details) is accurate and updated.
• Google Reviews Management: Monitor and respond to Google reviews, both positive and negative, while implementing strategies to increase positive reviews and customer engagement.
• Local Keyword Strategy: Research and implement local keyword strategies aimed at improving search rankings for each location, focusing on local SEO best practices.
• On-Page SEO Optimization: Ensure all web pages associated with each location are optimized with local keywords, meta tags, and other SEO elements to boost visibility in local searches.
• Citation Management: Maintain consistency of Name, Address, and Phone (NAP) information across multiple online directories (e.g., Yelp, TripAdvisor) to enhance local search rankings.
• Local SEO Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on local SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms. Provide insights and strategies for ongoing optimization.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of local competition and adjust strategies to improve search rankings.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing local SEO for multi-location businesses, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience with Google Business Profiles, Google Reviews, and local SEO optimization.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar.
• Strong understanding of local SEO practices, including citation management, keyword research, and on-page SEO techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable SEO strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to manage SEO efforts across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with restaurant industry trends and customer behavior is a plus.
