Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Active Pooling)

Location: 100% WFH

Salary Range: TBD

Responsibilities:

Create and enhance user interfaces for web applications, focusing on user experience and efficiency
Engage in user research to identify user needs and test design concepts
Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that can be directly used for development
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure a seamless execution of design concepts
Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze the results to inform design decisions
Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines
Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design capabilities
Provide input during brainstorming sessions to drive product innovation and improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in web applications
Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and finished products
Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies
Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Attention to detail with a passion for creating engaging user experiences
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is preferred
Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus
