- Create and enhance user interfaces for web applications, focusing on user experience and efficiency
- Engage in user research to identify user needs and test design concepts
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that can be directly used for development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure a seamless execution of design concepts
- Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze the results to inform design decisions
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design capabilities
- Provide input during brainstorming sessions to drive product innovation and improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in web applications
- Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and finished products
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating engaging user experiences
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is preferred
- Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus
- Permanent remote work
