About this role

Upon joining FDM, you will become a Business & Data Analyst Consultant in our Change and Transformation & Data Practice modules. Your journey begins with 6 weeks of building core capabilities. After this, you will develop key skills in a practice-based learning environment and continue learning based on client needs.

You will receive training in business fundamentals, Excel, SQL, UNIX, PySpark, Project Support, Business Analysis, and Project Management Frameworks. Through various sprints in FDM's Skill Lab, you will learn the technical and professional skills needed for your first client assignment.

What we look for

• You hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher, preferably STEM background)
• Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate programme
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication in English and Mandarin
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Eligibility to work in China
• Able to relocate to Guangzhou. FDM will support you with a relocation package and connect you to other FDM Consultants. Learn more here.

For Data Analyst preference candidates, foundational understanding Python is a mandatory requirement (do not require Python working experience.)
