We're working with one of the leading zero-knowledge research firms looking for their first VP of Engineering to head up their growing engineering department.

You will lead 3 teams from a technical capacity including code reviews and architectural design whilst working closely with the C-Suite to develop their roadmap and project pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience at this level within an established Zero-Knowledge or Cryptography project.
• High level understanding of low-level programming languages (Rust/Go/Solidity)
• Proven experience with distributed systems and protocol engineering

This is a pivotal role for my client, they're looking for someone with a passion for the ZK ecosystem and someone who can drive change in an exciting industry.

Base salary on offer is up to $400k plus equity and tokens.
