We are looking for “ Senior Asset Operation Specialist" to join our Operation Department.
Responsibilities
This position will enable the individual to play a key role between Finance, Business and CS departments.
As Senior Asset operations Specialist, you’ll be involved in managing our business operations, collaborating with Finance and Business departments. You will be responsible for crypto and wallet transactions, analyze quantitative & qualitative data from various sources, you will be responsible for transactions on the backend and distribute campaign rewards to users when necessary. In addition, you will be conduct Chain analysis
Requirements
·1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
· Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology,
· Able to control crypto transfers, making sure that the sent transactions send to secure wallets.
·Able to conduct liquidity checks on wallets and communicate with the relevant units to ensure liquidity when necessary,
·Willingly to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
·KYT (Know Your Transaction) has knowledge,
·Able to take an active role in campaigns and reward distributions,
· Excellent analytical/ critical thinking, and decision-making abilities,
· Ability to collaborate with various teams and gather requirements
· Identifying and proposing solutions for obstacles in business processes,
· Directing improvements in workflows and tools,
·Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
·Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
·Able to converse and write effectively in English and Turkish
*Relocation is needed to Albania-Tirana. Senior Assets Operation Specialists must work on-site.
