Our Tech team offers you the chance to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers while being faced with complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage an SRE-focused engineering team, driving technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and maintenance of reliable, scalable, and highly available systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that SRE principles are embedded across all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Manage individual project priorities, deliverables, and team communications, while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Drive automation, incident management, and root cause analysis, improving overall system health and reducing operational toil.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in reliability engineering, cloud infrastructure, and observability best practices.

You'll be great for this role if
- You have experience in leading a development or SRE team, focusing on building reliable, scalable systems.
- You bring strong expertise in software development (e.g., Golang, Java, Python) and cloud-native infrastructure.
- You have hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
- You have a proven track record of working in agile and cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable services.
- You are passionate about automation, observability, and optimizing systems for operational excellence.
- You possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- You are proficient in English, with experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimization being a plus.
