👀 What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in recruiting and HR management roles
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Europe (France, Spain and Portugal)
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and employee relations issues
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment tools
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

🧑💻 What you'll be working on
Recruitment (50%):
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Collaborate with the founders to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions and candidate profiles
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilising various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.)
Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and handle offer negotiations
Track and report recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.) to improve the efficiency of the hiring process
HR (50%):
Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company and alignment with policies and culture
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development
Monitor and handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner
Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department
Ensure the company's compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations
