We are now seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product to drive our product team, shape our product vision, and lead the way in delivering the next generation of financial advice. What You’ll Be Working On: 

As our Head of Product, you’ll lead a talented and cross-functional team to shape, execute, and deliver on our product strategy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure our product roadmap aligns with both customer needs and business goals, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Product Vision: Develop and articulate a product strategy that aligns with the CEO’s vision, ensuring our AI-driven adviser is innovative, accessible, and truly customer-centric.

2. Roadmap Ownership: Own the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term wins. Prioritise features that deliver meaningful outcomes for both users and the business.

3. Deep User Insights: Lead user research initiatives to gather rich insights into customer behaviours, needs, and pain points. Use these findings to shape the product and differentiate it in the market.

4. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to bring the product to life. Foster an environment of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within your team.

5. Product Development: Define detailed product requirements that translate customer needs into actionable features, ensuring our product delivers a delightful and effective user experience.

6. Product Launches & Iteration: Oversee the successful launch of new features and products. Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data to ensure we’re continuously improving the user experience.

7. Innovate & Stay Ahead: Keep Money Means at the forefront of fintech by bringing in the latest market insights and technological advancements. Drive a culture of experimentation and innovation.

8. Stakeholder Management: Communicate the product vision and progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure alignment with senior leadership and the broader business objectives.

9. Data-Driven Decisions: Establish key product metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance both business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

10. Customer & Commercial Outcomes: Focus on building products that deliver value to customers while driving business growth. Use product insights to inform future iterations and strategic decisions.

- A track record of driving high-impact product roadmaps, using user insights to guide decision-making.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with experience in platform development and product metrics to assess performance.

- A proactive leader with the ability to foster creativity, challenge the status quo, and drive meaningful change.
