PashaPay has two key products in its portfolio: the largest regional network of payment terminals MilliOn and the innovative m10 e-wallet, which is a new payment method with a unique set of financial tools for a wide range of users, designed to digitize the eastern bazaars and revolutionize the financial industry. To ensure the high performance of the product, we are actively looking for talented professionals who are willing to maintain a high standard of code quality and offer ideas for improvement.


We are now actively looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing team working on our fintech product.


This position requires presence in the office in Baku, for this we provide a full relocation package


Responsibilities:

  • Formation of a transactional registry according to the requirements of the regulator (CB of Azerbaijan)
  • Core system improvements on returns/ seizures
  • Reporting of payments to clients (merchants)


Requirements:

  • Experience with ERP systems/ banking ABS systems/ internal interfaces for risk, finance and etc.
  • Experience in fintech/daily banking/payments as Product Manager/Owner over 2 years
  • Experience with financial reporting, basic accounting expertise and understanding of processes
  • Client account experience, balance data analysis
  • Experience in team/teams management from 10 people, experience in mentoring
  • Startup vision, proactivity, autonomy
