Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing tactics and campaigns.
- Work with external agencies and partners when necessary to execute large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and communications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or global company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team.
- Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI from marketing activities.
