Immersum are proud to be exclusively supporting an innovative UK based AI Consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation. Their dynamic team is dedicated to revolutionising the industry, providing cutting-edge solutions to their clients. They're currently seeking a talented Technical Account Manager to join them on a fully remote basis within +/- 5 hours of GMT.
The Role:
As a Technical Account manager you will be working across their complex products. You will have a stronger technical element than other account management roles,
you will be expected to understand at a deep level how successful software engineering projects happen and be sufficiently technical to implement a client demo or complete the technical details of a client implementation.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be an engineer with a passion around AI.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our AI solutions, providing guidance and support to clients and making sure the engineering team is clear about the requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., data scientists, engineers, operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI projects.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide training sessions and ongoing support to clients to maximise their use of our AI services.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform value proposition development and improve service offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and project progress for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on AI industry trends and competitive offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Expert level of relevant work experience
- Expertise in Python, Django, Javascript
- AWS, Azure
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
