Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an Application Development Manager to oversee the customer facing applications. This person will be accountable for managing applications within the contact center, CRM, Sales, Marketing, Chatbots, etc. This client is going through a major transformation in 2025 and this person will play a key role in helping to bring the customer facing applications to the next generation. Some of these projects include, moving the contact center to the cloud, implementing CCaaS, upgrading and streamlining the CRM tools, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong delivery mindset and be able to help with build, run, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this person will be working directly with service partners and integrators both onshore and offshore. This team consists of 4-5 direct reports onshore and a large offshore team. This client is looking for individuals looking for growth and to help transform the company on an enterprise scale.
