Full Stack Laravel Developer in SOUTH AFRICA

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Laravel Developer to join our innovative team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences, using React, Inertia.js, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS. What You'll Do: 

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Inertia.js, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS. 
• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and efficient, reusable front-end components. 
• Implement scalable, secure back-end systems with Laravel and RESTful APIs. 
• Refactor and optimise code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both the front-end and back-end. 
• Write high-quality, testable code following best practices like TDD. 
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to build user-centric features. 
• Participate in team activities like code reviews, pair programming, and retrospectives. 
• Maintain detailed software documentation for future development and maintenance. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Proficiency in React, Inertia.js, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS. 
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and PHP. 
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. 
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and API integration. 
• Experience with Git for version control. 
• Familiarity with responsive design and modern front-end development. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow. 

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with Docker and DevOps practices. 
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest or PHP Unit. 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Digital Ocean. 
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter for mobile development.
