Senior Account Manager in CYPRUS

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our business. This role will manage a portfolio of large business clients, focusing on maximizing value from our payment platform. You will be the main point of contact, driving client retention, and revenue growth, and providing strategic guidance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to drive revenue, profitability, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Lead strategic meetings, business reviews, and quarterly updates with clients.
  • Provide strategic, consultative recommendations using performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain SMART account plans.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in global payments and account management.
  • Expertise in payment gateways or SaaS, with experience managing enterprise merchants.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and customer management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of payments (APMs, cards, fraud, mobile, omnichannel).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
