My client is a reputable company within crypto space. They are looking for a new headcount in their Human Resources team.
The Role
HR Operations: Actively manage and streamline all aspects of daily HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Onboarding: Oversee a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and processed efficiently.
Payroll: Collaborate with the payroll agent to guarantee the accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
Tax Compliance: Coordinate with the vendor to verify Hong Kong tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Employee Benefits Administration: Manage the enrollment processes for the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and employee insurance.
Expat Support: Assist with expatriate work visa applications and provide support for relocation and immigration needs.
HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Gather and analyze HR metrics and trends to offer insights and recommendations for enhancing HR processes and initiatives.
Communication Facilitation: Foster effective communication between management and employees, addressing concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.
Your Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR operations.
Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
HR Systems Proficiency: Skilled in using HR systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms, with practical experience in HRIS implementation and administration.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Continuous Learning: Curious and self-motivated, with a strong passion for staying informed on HR best practices and industry trends.
Team Player: Independent and objective, with strong logical thinking and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
