Private Secretary (Chairman Office) in HONG KONG SAR

Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of professional and high quality administrative and secretarial support on personal and family affairs for senior management and his family.
  • Escort management for travel whenever required and coordinate all aspects of the travel plan and arrangements.
  • Manage household budgets and expenses, and report for any irregularities.
  • Manage domestic helpers and drivers’ duties for smooth family daily operation.
  • Organize family events and assist in children’s education and extra-curricular activities planning.
  • Closely coordinate with Personal Assistant & Penthouse Team to provide personalized services to all family members to ensure smooth family operation.
  • Assist in coordination and contractor management for renovation and relocation projects
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplinesM
  • Minimum 5 years of solid working experience as Personal Assistant/Butler/Household Manager to senior management
  • Strong guest relations experience with concierge skills in tourism / travel industry are highly desirable
  • Pleasant & mature personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, flexible and good at problem solving
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Have good business acumen, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Basic spoken and written Japanese / Italian would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
